Manage Wireless Networks - "This file does not have a program associated with it..." error in Windows 7 Ultimate
Hi all, I'm having a problem with my Toshiba laptop running windows 7 ultimate. Whenever I try to open "Manage Wireless Networks" I get the following error message: The file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action: I've tried virtually every fix I've seen suggested on various forums, and none seems to be working for me so far. The troubleshooting wizard for internet connections is also not working, and I also am having problems with system restore, so that doesn't look like an option. Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks, Noelle

Thank you for your reply, however I have already attempted that fix multiple times with no success.
